Who should star in Roman Polanski's "God of Carnage"?
That's easy. Polanski should cast the original Broadway leads -- James Gandolfini, Marcia Gay Harden, Jeff Daniels and Hope Davis. They were brilliant.
Brits are always better, even when playing Americans. Polanski should cast the leads from the London production of the play -- Ralph Fiennes, Janet McTeer, Ken Stott and Tamsin Greig.
Ewan McGregor was so good in Polanski's "The Ghost Writer" that the director should bring him back for "God of Carnage." While he's at it, bring back Olivia Williams, too.
Some fresh acting blood is in order. Polanski should go with unknown stage actors.
Anyone, so long as it doesn't include Emmanuelle Seigner, Polanski's wife and frequent muse.
Polanski is a criminal on the run. Boycott this movie!
