Illegal trimming or the illegal removal of mangroves should ABSOLUTELY have criminal charges associated with it. This would discourage those that have "expendable funding" from simply paying fines for conducting such activities. A 2 year jail sentence seems inapproprite, but it is a good precendent to set. Florida natural resources are what brings everyone here... A balance of urbanization/naturalization is imperative for sustainability.

He blatantly broke the law. I understand he wanted that view and didn't want this mangroves but thereis a law for a reason, he basically said "I can do whatever I want" and that is the problem
