Not a bit! Drivers here are some of the worst behaved I've seen (and I've been in eastern Europe). They rarely give right of way to pedestrians on crosswalks. I can't count the number of times I've been bumped by drivers trying to force their way through a group of pedestrians crossing the street.
Between the people yammering away in iFog, and those who just think that their time is so valuable that following the law isn't for them, the streets of Montreal are a horrible place.
