What happens when you don’t receive a response to a business document, such as a proposal or report?
We follow-up with the recipient.
We internally assess why we didn’t get a response, and redo the document.
We tweak the document and resubmit it elsewhere.
We take no action, but make notes about what to do differently next time.
We move on to the next project.
