If that was clean, take a look at garnish hartletts last season. If Douglas doesn't get anything, there's a problem

Fair shepard within the laws of the game he was within 5 metres and there was no high contact at all. If anything it's Ward's fault he got hurt because a player of his skill and experience should have much better awareness around the play then that. This is the so called grey area and the AFL need to make the right ruling by not suspending Douglas for a clean shepard regardless of Ward being concussed, it's a contact sport and sometimes these things will happen regardless of how much you try to change the rules or stamp it out. LEAVE THE GAME ALONE!!!

The bump was clean. I was at the game and the gws captain was giving chase. Dougy got him good and clean and it was within 10 metres of the ball. If you chase a player with the ball you are going to be bumped or a shepard put on you. That's footy, just unlucky he didn't see it coming that's all.

How is it fair? He isn't trying to get the person with the ball, not even close to him.
If that is fair then a full back keen drop someone while the ball is up the other end doesn't matter if there close or chasing the person with the ball going by all you people voting it's fair or are you just Adelaide supporters voting?
This shit is why the afl is making the game softer from stupid bumps like this
