The RNC handed out 75 tickets this week to drivers using cellphones. Thoughts?
Excellent; drivers need to get the message about talking or texting while at the wheel
The RNC should do this far more often; I see illegal phone use every day
Policing is one thing, but the fines are another; drive up the financial penalties if you want change
I use my phone while I drive, and I know I'm safe; the police should cool it
