Mike - Perhaps it is because grades and achievements have not increased in proportion to the amount of administrators and other non teaching staff. We need teachers who can teach, have credentials in their chosen field of instruction and not more bureaucrats doing busy work and getting paid several times that of the actual teachers.

People want lower class sizes, but they seem unwilling to increase staff to accomplish it. This is ludicrous get over your anger at the admin building and quit making student pay the price for that failure.
