Would you go with the man in the truck?
Yes. These are not my children and no one could blame me for leaving in order to save my own life. It might only be a rumour but I have to put myself first, even if it means some of the children will die because I needlessly abandoned them.
Yes, but I would ask him if we could take all the kids who can safely be moved with us. That way, I’d only be abandoning some of the children. Yes the rest will die, but I have to do what’s best for the ones I can save, and if it turns out to be a just a rumour, at least I won’t have left them all die needlessly.
No. I’ve sworn an oath to look after any patients in my care no matter what. I’ll stay behind to look after them. If there really are zombies coming, I can barricade myself in and we might just survive. If there’s not, I won’t have left any kids to die needlessly.
No, but I’d ask the driver to take all the kids who can be safely moved with him. That way, if there really are zombies coming, at least some of the kids will survive. I can then stay with the kids you can’t be moved, and look after them no matter what. I realise I might be condemning myself to almost certain death if it turns out the rumours are true, but I couldn’t bring myself to abandon them just in case it’s not.
