He has no interest in observing the rule of law and the principle of legality. Even if the allegations of state capture were not there his presidency is an unmitigated disaster. Amnesty for him or anybody alleged for such conduct will grossly undermine the rule of law, all offenders will need to be release , the inherent nauture of the law is to treat people equal

The fact that the ANC even considers such signifies the less respect for the principle of legality and the fact that the party is caught up in a cult of personality than principles.
