Keep it forward all year-Daylight is more useful in the evening.

I love DST. Why can't we have longer days year round? We are going to go to work or school in the dark during the winter anyway, so we might as well have the extra light in the evenings. No need to change the clocks if we stay on Daylight year round.
The notion that people are sleep deprived is nonsense. Most people do not go to bed at exactly the same time nightly, especially on a Saturday night, and many people just sleep in on Sunday instead of going to church anyway. So this is just a silly excuse.
