Albania Energy Polls Center is part of the Albanian Centre for Energy Regulation & Conservation. ACERC is a R&D institute, focused particularly in the WBs & Albania. Its practices comprise specialize legal support, strategic business counsel as well as research project development and management. The project is going under the direction of the Adv. Lorenc Gordani, PhD, that is also committed as the overall Project Director and Legal Energy Market Advisor.
